Bole Printing Enterprise invites all interested eligible bidders for
the supply of Different Papers, Binding Materials, Chemicals, Film &
Plates as per the given specifications and general conditions.
Accordingly,
1.
Bidders can collect
bid documents from the Enterprise, Commercial Department during
working hours against payment of non-refundable Birr 50 (Fifty).
2. Bids
shall be submitted in wax-sealed envelopes before or on 25th
February 2005 at 5:00 P.M. local time.
3. Bids
must be accompanied by a 2% of their total offer for bid security in
the form of insurance guarantee or certified cheque or bank
guarantee.
4. The
tender will be opened on 25th February 2005 at 5:30 local time in
the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at
10:00 A.M.
v Bidders
should attach copies of renewed license, Ministry of Finance
supplier registration certificate, and recommendation letter from
Inland Revenue & VAT registration certificate, and recommendation
letter from Inland Revenue & VAT registration certificate.
5. The
Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
