1. Oromia
Water Works Construction Enterprise would like to obtain Audit
Service on the Financial statements and others of the year 1997 and
1998 E.C.
2. Therefore,
interested eligible Audit firms or individuals are invited to
participate on this bid for same.
3. Bidders
can obtain further information from out Kaliti Head Office,
Procurement and Property Adm. Division P.O. Box 1696 Code 1110, Tel.
251-011 439 20 45, 011-439 27 84, Fax 251-011-439 58 32, Finfinnee,
Ethiopia.
4. Complete
set of bidding documents can be purchased from the above office upon
presentations of 1999 E.C. Renewed Relevant License, Registration
Card issued from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development,
Registration Card for VAT, Taxpayer Registration certificate (Tax
Identification Number TIN) together with WRITTEN APPLICATION & upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Br. 50 (Fifty Ethiopian Birr only).
5. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 1% of the
total bid price must be submitted to the above office in the form of
CPO or Bank Guarantee (insurance bond is not acceptable) issued from
recognized bank on/or before June 18 2007 at 12:00 AM.
6. Bids
will be opened at the presence of bidders/representatives on the
same date at
02:00 PM at the Enterprise’s assembly Hall.
7. The
Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all of bids.
