Protection of Basic Service Phase II
Project
Procurement of Computers and Network Equipment
1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received credit from the
International Development Association toward the cost of Protection
of Basic Services Phase II Project and it intends to apply part of
the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for
Procurement of Network Installation Service.
2. The
Central Statistical Agency now invites sealed bids from eligible and
qualified bidders to Provide the Installation Service.
3. Bidding
will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB).
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Central
Statistical Agency, Purchasing and Property Administration Division.

at the address given below from 8:30 A.M. 12:30 A.M. (in the
morning) and 1:30 P.M. 5:30 P.M. (in the afternoon).
5. Qualifications
requirements include: Trading License or equivalent, VAT
Registration Certificate, Suppliers Registration Certificate, Tax
Clearance Letter.
6. A
complete set ob Bidding Documents could be purchased by interested
bidders from the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee
50.00 Birr.
7. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid bond in amount of Birr 4000 (Four
Thousands Birr) in the form of C.P.O. or Cash.
8. Bids
must be deposited in a Tender Box at or before 2:30 P.M. on 11 March 2010 starting from
the day of announcement.
9. The
bid will be opened on 11 March 2010 at 3:00 P.M. in room Number 12 in the presence of bidder or their legal
representative.
The Agency
reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
