| Export Procedure | ||||||
|
1. The law for temporary exportation is stipulated in Article 29 of Proclamation no. 60/1997 2. The law regarding the value for export goods indicated in Article 50 of Proclamation no. 60/1997; 3. The law for re-exportation of imported goods is indicated in Article 56 of the above Proclamation; 4. Exporters or their agents should submit their export declaration, export license, National Bank's export permit; other permits from other controlling bodies as deemed necessary ; 5. The customs station where the goods are declared for export shall check the documents and the goods, mark and plumb the consignment, and allow the export to be transported through a prescribed route to the point of exit; 6. The point of exit shall re-check the arrival of the export goods accordingly and permits the exit to the port of loading; |
