1.      Proclamation no. 60/1997 stipulates in articles 27 and 28 on temporary importation including importation for trade promotion, technology transfer, tourism and cultural exchanges mostly done through exhibitions;

2.      The organization which is permitted to conduct the exhibition should submit to customs HQ the list of participant companies and individuals; the list of goods to be imported temporarily by each company or individual before the exhibition takes place;

3.      The goods for exhibition shall be imported temporarily from the entry point without payment of duties and taxes but by depositing security equivalent to the duties and taxes until the goods are exported back; upon permission by the HQ of customs;
